今週は寒い日が続きましたが、毎朝お外遊びをしました。お外遊び前には、バイブルのことばを読んでディボーションをしたり、英語のフラッシュカードをしたりしています。

It’s been so cold this week but we had outside play every morning. We do devotions and flash cards before outside play.

Let’s eat well, sleep well, exercise well, and learn well to grow strong physically, mentally, and spiritually!
